Description
"'Oo-er' is a term apparently started by the popular British series 'The Confessions of Georgia Nicholson.' In the books, the phrase is used whenever someone mentions something scandalous or neat. It can also be used whenever something suggestive has been said, intentionally or unintentionally."
Dunno if that's true, but it certainly makes sense.

I'm so happy I found this. I always wondered if there was some deeper meaning behind "oo-er". It seemed like a reference to something! Now I know what it means (probably)!
And of course, this is an awesome rendition of the "Oo-er" acrobat. :3
